Power Planet provides detailed information about site requirement well in advance before the dispatch of UPS systems. Our engineers visit the site before equipment reaches and instructs about cabling, breaker requirement (if necessary), battery positioning & cabling, ventilation requirements etc. This ensures neat and proper installation of system so that it works in healthy condition forever.

While the small, less complex UPS systems simply plug into a standard mains socket, larger systems (typically over 3 KVA) need to be electrically installed. Power planet Engineers / technicians undertakes the responsibility of installing UPS along with batteries and carry out necessary tests like battery backup, charger current setting , fine tuning the UPS parameters etc., at site. The important do have & Don’ts will also be kept informed to the customers and the maintenance staff.
